This was the second time we stayed at the Jupiter Hotel. The accomodations are spacious and clean. The facilities are great - rooftop bar and pool. And the continental breakfast is excellent.

Nice Hotel in the centre of town .Roof top pool a bonus but packed most of the time with leather skinned sun worshippers! The sun decks could do with a pressure wash as well as not particularly clean in our view .Took our evening meals in the restaurant.Well presented buffet - however not to my taste as I’m not one for herbs and spices even my wife struggled who has much more of an educated pallet than myself .Plenty of salad however ! Breakfast excellent , traditional fruit, breads and cakes , cooked etc .Staff excellent and attentive

Checking was fast and easy. Thr agent was polite and friendly. We checked in late and checked out early for a flight so we were not able to see much of the hotel. We walked around the corner for food and enjoyed that.

Staff and room both excellent. Great air con. Nice rooftop bar which serves good food. Not ideal location wise as there’s a bit of travelling for the main visitor areas, although the Metro is nearby (we didn’t use it) and Uber is almost instant so not a major issue. Would certainly stay again if wanting a Lisbon hotel with outdoor pool.

I didn’t like the fact that I changed the dates of my stay, in plenty of time. I also spoke to the desk staff and floor manager on several occasions. But EXPEDIA said you would not refund me the 3 days I was not going to be there. Very upsetting I don’t believe Expedia at all, but the fact that those 3 days are still not credited back to me. This really impacted my vacation, and I’m very disappointed that I was lied to.

Would stay here again.

We stayed at the presidential suite. Rooms were big and spacious, very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Tomás was very helpful and helped me booked my train tickets to our next destination. The hotel was not walkable to the major tourist sights but was a cheap uber ride away. Would stay here again.

Second time we have stayed at the Jupiter. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice as well. Breakfast buffet is very well supplied and the staff are very courteous and efficient. A home away from home.
