Staff was amazing! Great service. Property was in need of a little maintenance. Stained sofa, stained carpets, temperature control didn’t work, shampoo dispenser didn’t work, some walls were very damaged.

Breakfast was real good, in terms of variety. It was a comfortable 7 nights for me at the hotel. The front desk, restaurant staff are good. But seems like theynare missing security staff which is why I gave 4/5 and not full 5 stars.

The staff was very nice. The distribution of room 503 was very unusual. I informed reception about the cockroach and the smell coming from the shower. I got free transfer to the Airport and a “fruit platter”

Good breakfast, nice top terrace with a bar, but rooms windows soundproofing wish to be better consider low flying planes towards the airport or people having occasionally parties in the back yard

Good location but the hotel is shabby

The location of the hotel and the breakfast were very good. The rest of the hotel is past its prime. The carpets were shredded and worn. The rooms were cramped and the bathroom was facing the room so no privacy. Wouldn’t stay again

The staff was outstanding! From the driver to front desk waiting staff and housekeeping they were all wonderful. Easy bolt ride to anywhere across street from a beautiful park and botanic garden. Our stay was absolutely lovely!
