Was very close to public transportation and food options near by. We found a great Lebenese place randomly one night. The front desk people were very helpful and the room was cleaned regularly.

Overall works for a place to sleep. The room was fairly clean however the bathroom definitely smelled of mildew and there was hair in the shower. They offered late check in which was great as we arrived at midnight. Expedia says breakfast is included but it is definitely not and only runs 8-9am. We had to leave before they offered breakfast so I can’t speak on the quality of food. I would stay here if I was only coming in to sleep for the night and not much more.

Great area, good staff, quiet. Room was a bit small, shower good but small. But I'd stay there again.
Room condition was tired and run down, which I personally don’t mind too much when travelling for work - but the noise from the tube is so loud.
I was originally put in a basement room, which may as well have literally been in the underground station, I requested to be moved which was begrudgingly agreed to, which was better but still there’s a noticeable amount of noise.
My room was on 4th floor no lift. Keeps you fit but a bit too much! Quite a hight 4th floor and very narrow steps. Room was dated not spotless but okay. The shower almost didn’t work in the morning took about 15 min before water was hot enough for a shower. It was ok but only just.
The hotel was nothing like the pictures showed. The walls were filthy and in need of repairs.
The curtains in the room were stained, and so were the mattresses. I found hair on my pillow case. The carpet was old and we never took of our shoes because it was disgusting. The shower was really dirty and I washed it myself before getting in. No shampoo or conditioner's either. Yet the room was over $300 a night! All together a nightmare.
Honestly, I was apprehensive at first. The staff seemed abrupt and unfriendly on the phone. In person they were very accommodating. The room was clean, nice and warm and spacious enough for what we needed. The TV being a smart TV was great and not something we initially expected. The only downside was the vibration of nearby trains until midnight (Paddington) but on the plus side it's easy access to transport.

The building is old and falling apart like most houses in London. Single room size for London and at this price was good. The best value was breakfast. Truly superb breakfast for price paid.
Booked a quadruple room which should have come with a double bed and 2 single beds but received 2 double beds instead. When I spoke to reception he said it was 'my fault' because i should have specified what we wanted when I booked even though it clearly states what comes with the quaruple room on the hotel and expedia website. After much debate he was going to switch our room until i found out my daughter already peed in the toilet so the room is now 'used'. Lots of noise when the train goes by but good proximity to train station and hyde park. Fairly clean. Bed was uncomfortable. All in all, get what you pay for.
Very terrible experience. DONT let yourself be SCAMMED. The people working there were very very agressive towards me when i tried to express your dissatisfaction as if they granted me to live there for free. A very traumatic experience. The rooms don’t match at all with the descriptions. Lot of mold in the room. Around the window and the bath is flooded as well. The bed is nasty and the hotel overall should not be granted authorization to be a hotel. You will not be able to sleep due to the train passing every three minutes under the hotel making it shaking. But the Staff were the most unfriendly people i met in my life.
This property is in an excellent location, just outside the Paddington train station. There are numerous stores, groceries, cafes, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The area is walkable and just around the corner from Hyde Park, which was very nice. Staff at the front desk were also friendly and accommodating. I would, definitely, stay here again!
