The hotel was in a very convenient location. St. Pancras station has many tube lines and trains that can get you anywhere. Hotel was spacious and nice.
We travelled down from Cupar, Fife, for our daughter’s King’s Scout award. We needed to stay somewhere close to Kings Cross, to allow easy access to transport, and chose The Suites.
The location could not have been better: the accommodation was spacious, the staff were extremely helpful, and the fresh coffee was a welcome bonus!
The Suites were wonderfully located, central yet quiet; the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; the rooms were well-designed and well-furnished, with comfortable beds, a handy kitchenette, and a tiny bath. The bedding and linens were crisp and clean; the whole place was
immaculate, and easy to keep clean.
The family suite was great for us - allowed the 2 kids to have their own twin beds in their own room. The staff was friendly and got the rooms ready within minutes of our early arrival. The rooms were very clean and the aircon was a nice feature.
A very short walk to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. I highly recommend!
This property has 2, 3, or 4-star options. We booked the 4-star suite, but our room is in the basement level. I’m not sure if all the 4-star suites are in the basement, but I would expect higher star suites should be in the higher levels. It comes with some free snacks and drinks which is nice, but the suite is a bit small for 4 ppl. The room is generally clean and comfortable. It has a spacious common area but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The location is excellent with just 5mins walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station.
