It’s nice enough, but the rooms are extremely small, and I mean small . Not worth the money at all, no upgrade , said we had to pay for upgrade , but got the £20 food voucher .

The room was nice, lovely balcony. Great breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. The only complaint was the overwhelming fragrances in the lobby. So much potpourri or scented candles.

I loved my stay at Ellen. I am normally very picky when it comes to lodging and was more than satisfied with the room, service and cleanliness. I would 10/10 choose to stay here again if I’m ever back in London. The close (2 min walk) proximity to the tube station and lots of quick food options made everything very easy.
