Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good. My daughter loved the loft. The room, although small, did not feel cramped. AC worked well. I wish there was a small fridge, but that was my fault for not checking beforehand. Location was excellent. Unfortunately, during our stay, 2 of the 4 elevators were down and one of the 3 escalators was down. Not a huge inconvenience. But we had 2 nights with no cold water so we couldn’t shower or use the sink as the water was scorching hot. ( it was fixed within a few hours both nights. But it was a huge inconvenience) All in all, I liked the room, staff and location.
