I like the location of the hotel. It’s very convenient & accessible to all buses / underground-tubes. The negative part was the thin wall of the rooms. I can hear people talking & disrupting my sleep. That’s also including the squeaky noise floors from above my room & the floors from my room.

Perfect for overnight stay
The room and location of the hotel were perfect for an overnight stay. It was a "cosy" superior room but fine for just one night. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and a pleasant surprise as we didn't realise it was included.

As it happened there was a problem with my room. No others available. They'd booked me into a related hotel and booked me a cab (free) to get there. That's good service! It was a good little hotel, closer to St Pancras where I needed to be.

Although our room was quite small it was adequate for our family. The breakfast was very good with a good choice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They moved things around so we could stay there and not be moved to the apartments. Overall a good experience. Communication from the front desk is excellent
