The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, good bar and restaurant food however the breakfast was poor. The granola was large hard chunks, all the hot food was cold and small selection of cold items and no yoghurt. Good location next to the station.

My wife and I took a vacation to London from Atlantic Canada and were trying to sort out our best hotel options. - pro: train station is next to the hotel (but can't hear it in the hotel) on the Elizabeth Line which is a major line connecting to most major lines. A ride to the hotel from City Center is close to 40 minutes, but Elizabeth Line is nice. - store beneath the store malls about 5 minutes away. - a morning flight, will be over $200 Canadian by Uber or Taxi. The morning trains being aroumd 6am. A later flight would be no problem via Victoria station and the Gatwick Express. - the trash around the station can be a lot. Cans, bottles etc. But the hotel is very clean inside. - price was half or more of central london hotels
