Overall, the stay was okay. We chose this hotel because it was close to a New Year’s Eve party, which was very convenient. The person who checked us in was wonderful and made a great first impression. The room was comfortable enough for a short stay, though it could benefit from some updating. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness details, such as cracks in the ceiling and some dust in the corners, and the bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as expected.

Got to our hotel and had the valid do our parking; however, upon completing that process walk into the lobby and the front desk did not acknowledge if we were checking in stood there for 10 minutes and then got a clarification on what we need to do next. Poor communication from the valid to the front desk staff. Very bad way of customer service and a very bad first impression.
