This beautiful family style home is located in the highly desirable and safe area of Monterey Park. 3-minutes away from East LA, mins away from many brunch/MICHELIN restaurants and famous Asian cuisines, supermarkets, parks, and libraries. 3 mins away from Monterey Park Golf Course, 5 mins away from AMC and the Atlantic Square. Everything is within your reach!
The space
This property is a duplex home. It is a two-story house featuring four private bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, located upstairs, offers an amazing scenic view. The bottom floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with direct access to the backyard. The attached separate unit (ADU) does not have access to the main house and does not share any amenities with it. Please refer to the photos for parking instructions.
Our ground pool is only available during the summer season, from May to the end of October.
Pool Rules:
-Attention! There is no lifeguard on duty.
-Please refrain from consuming food or beverages inside the pool area.
-Diving is strictly prohibited in the pool.
-Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult -guardian while using the pool.
-By utilizing the pool facilities, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.

We take regular measures and pool maintenance every Wednesday morning between 6 to 7am to minimize their presence, but please be aware that occasional insects or other creatures may be present in the pool area. We recommend practicing personal hygiene and avoiding leaving food or drinks unattended to discourage any unwanted encounters.
