Loved the ambiance of the hotel. The room and bed were very comfortable. If you don't like a lot of light know the AC panel has lights that light up at dark. The rooftop was very cool. It's a small restaurant on top but beautiful views. At night there's a club on the roof that was packed with youn party goers on a Friday night. I was in the 5th floor the noise wasn't bad. But if you want quiet this may not be your spot on the weekend. Plenty of food options to walk to. Lots of homeless people and the sidewalks dirty but thats Hollywood. I'd stay here again if I needed to be in the area. The staff was very warm and friendly.

As someone who tends to get the ick from hotels in general, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Some highlights include the staff who were both friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of our room (King bed w Terrace- 8th floor), and property as a whole. A few notes to consider that may or may not make or break your stay. The rooms are quite small, to my surprise. The property offers a $17 daily credit toward food and beverage which apparently comes off automatically when you charge items to the room. That seemed to be a point of confusion the first few days as some staff told us you had to present the card given, some stated it comes off your final bill. Personally I didn’t care for the way it was done as we didn’t charge everything to the room the first few days therefore missed out on that particular benefit several times. The rooftop bar turns into a nightclub certain days of the week, so if loud music, including loud base until 2 am is an issue for you, you’ve been warned. We didn’t mind at all, but the higher the floor the louder it is, so that should be considered. Lastly, and truly the only thing I personally had a gripe with was that there is no complimentary coffee offered as stated in their welcome email. My morning coffee is like oxygen to me and not being able to conveniently grab it and make it myself was ridiculous to me. I feel like it’s a bare minimum and one of the most important, and easiest conveniences a property can offer their guests.

This was a find in LA! Celebrated our first anniversary, and they blew us away with hospitality. The front desk was incredible, he wished us a happy anniversary and gave us complimentary drinks. Even though it’s our first celebration, we aren’t young, I was asleep by 10pm. lol! The balcony view of the city was pretty awesome. Thank you for contributing to our experience and providing top notch service.

We liked the fact it was close to sites and the pool was great. Also the food was very good and staff friendly. Didn’t like the fact the cleaning staff seemed to come around late every day just before they were ready to leave. Seemed they should have allowed themselves more time to clean the rooms. We were able to get towels , soap etc but better planing could have enabled the room to be cleaned more often.

Our stay here was above par. We loved the location and easy access to all the major attractions in Hollywood and the venue we saw a concert at, which was our main reason for staying. The staff was beyond friendly and showed great care of the guests. Especially Edwin! He was a delight to speak with.

Location is great. Shower heads need to be replaced ASAP. Water flow wasn't great. I mentioned this the last time we stayed. Cancelling the morning coffee/tea service was a bummer too.

The staff was very warm and friendly and this felt like a hip hidden away mellow yet swanky place that felt warm warm welcoming and very cool at the same time. The location was great for touristy adventure, near museums and vintage shopping and the valet was very quick and so nice and helpful!

I got to the property earlier than check-in on purpose because I was meeting friends who were also staying at the property. I arrived a little before 2pm and went straight to the front desk to let them know I had arrived and asked to be let up to the roof to wait with friends until my room was ready. My room wasn't ready until almost 4:40pm, which meant I didn't even have time to shower and get ready before our 5:30 dinner reservation, which I found totally unacceptable when the check in time is supposed to be at 3pm. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
