Location is very convenient to downtown. Beach is about 30 minutes walk. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Restaurant on-site is very accommodating. Hot water tank could be larger. Water ia very hot, runs out too quickly.

We had a unit on the first floor which overlooked a gravel parking but we kept the window covering closed most of the time and there's railings to offer some privacy so it wasn't a bother. The room and property itself was comfortable and clean. We borrowed a beach umbrella for the week from the office and there were towels and beach chairs for loan too. The attached restaurant had a nice selection of food. We tried their sourdough loaf one morning and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast that was included was top notch! Our only complaint would be that the area is loud, but that is the city and nothing the hotel could change. Would return for sure.

A real gem off the beaten track. Still just 15 min walk to Cabo attractions (5 by car). Rooms well equipped with great AC. Guarded parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Adjoined with great bakery and fancy (but not overly expensive) restaurant with view of the city and water. Great sunrise and away from the noise on the main drag. Small kitchen and fridge attached. So has all you need for a nice and very reasonable priced hotel - not allowing children.

This hotel has been my go-to hotel the last four times I've visited Cabo. It has everything that I need That being said I always book my vacation as early as possible to get a good price as the hotel is farther away from the beach and is actually quite noisy during the day with a line up of traffic squeaking away, honking their horns and multiple car alarms going off from the parked cars throughout the day. The staff are very reasonable and accommodating if you bring up an issue but everything works at the right price and I wouldn't feel the same way about this hotel if I couldn't get a room for the price the matches what you get here. I woud definitely keep going back as long as I can get it for the right price. They have a very nice restaurant attached to the premises also.

Overall the property is nice if you plans on doing a a lot of daily events, but the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and hard and its bother my neck quite severely where I had to get some codiene from the pharmacy which basically ruined my trips in some ways as the 12 days I was there my neck bothered me for 9 days it’s started being better once I went to a different hotel. The restaurant is good and the staff is friendly the reception was okay thought they be more pleasant to deal with. The pool is disappointing as it’s right in the eating area of the restaurant which awkward and you have to. It drinks from the restaurant. For the price and cleanliness it’s good but for sleeping it’s not good and I would not go back. Buyer beware type of deal

The hotel is small. The staff is friendly. However the cleaning staff was next to our room) and were very loud, very early in the morning and woke us up every morning at 6am. The bed is a double, not a queen, and extremely hard. The closet storage isn’t great.
