"My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The biggest stand out of this hotel was the staff. They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off. "We stayed 6 days. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Their english was good. Tour organiser on site. Being a smaller hotel they knew us well in a day. We had a room at the back, so no traffic noise. Very quiet at night. Centrally located. Easy walk to everything in the old quarter. Great breakfast. Very clean. Good wifi. We would definitely stay here again."
