Staff very helpful.Check in super fast.Room big and spacious.On the downside walls here are so thin you can hear almost everything that is happening in the room next door.Not really a peaceful stay.

This hotel had the shortest glass partition on the shower/tub, not offering much splash stoppage. Otherwise, a nice property with an awesome front desk, very helpful staff.

I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels!
I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels sadly. The check in was acceptable and the lobby was clean. However it was raining on my 2nd day and I asked the reception is they had an umbrella I could use. No. The receptionist said they didn’t have any. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The impression I got from the receptionist was that they never carried any. It probably hadn’t rained in Madrid for a few weeks so no excuse. No coffee machine in the room and don’t expect to get any food from the restaurant before 9,00am on a Saturday!
