There must always be an adult in case there are under 20 years.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house as well as to make any type of party and invite people or strangers to my house. Remember that during your stay you will be responsible for any damage to the home as well as all its contents.
In the event that any of these rules is not respected, an economic penalty will be applied that will depend on each case.
