"I’ve got mixed reviews for this place. Upon getting to our room for the first night, it was clear the floor was dirty but it was just about midnight and I was too tired to think about it any further after a 14 hour work/travel day. The next morning, however, there was a cockroach in our bathroom and we found dirty earplugs on the floor indicating that the room hadn’t been cleaned. We switched rooms and the second room was much better. We wanted some kind of compensation for the hassle of it all, and the hotel put up a stink about it, but we eventually got a small credit after pressing the issue. The positives—it’s pretty central to a lot of great places to visit and everything was accessible. There’s also a lot to do in property. This is a great spot if you’re traveling with a large party of people, though you may need to coordinate meetups because it’s possible you won’t be in the same building as them."

"Please verify if the rooms have elevator access. Our room was beautiful but was on 3rd floor and we carried our carryon all the way to 3rd floor. They have bell boy service but upon arrival or leaving we carried our own luggage from 3rd floor. The food is not great inside sheraton, try outside places."

"We had a very short but nice stay at the hotel. Nice location for very late arrival. The staff was welcoming and offered us an upgrade so we wouldn’t have to walk too far. The room was nice, spacious and surprisingly quieter for being at an airport. We barely hear some construction going on around 1am but no planes taking off or landing. I can’t put a 5 stars because it’s an airport hotel, I wouldn’t come here unless forced to stay before or after a flight. But it is a very nice hotel."
