2 nights pre cruise . Arrived late upon entry smelt very musty ,bathroom quite dirty leak at back of toilet , carpets dirty ,furniture looking shabby as it was only 2 nights and we were only using it to sleep we just went with it . Beds were actually comfy. Quite dissappointed aa location was good

Our fridge broke down once we were settled in and groceries were bought.,they changed us rooms and changed our fridge in the new room cause it also broke down. Dishwasher was broken and it had mold. My family was coughing and sneezing from the old rug and dust.

Rooms need a major renovation. Very outdated. It's pretty sad they haven't changed out the stained dirty carpets for vinyl flooring which is causing bad odors in the room. I would not stay there again unless they redo everything .

The room was musty. Almost smelled of mold. No coffee in lobby. I tried to do an exchange through RCI and it wasn't showing availability, although it was available through Hotels.com. I ended up paying $308 for the room. Very disappointed that I wasn't able to do an exchange and had to pay out of pocket.

The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. She was really nice and friendly. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again.
