Been going there for 15 years since Sheridan no longer operates this place in the new company that is operating it is doing a terrible job. Charging a parking fee. The pool area was horrible. They used to have an adult pool now there’s kids everywhere. Will never go there again.

This was our first time staying at this property, and the staff here is truly top tier! Matthew was incredibly kind and considerate—he even took us across the property to the Starbucks/marketplace. Poolside, Sandy Javier went out of his way to help, bringing over an air compressor to blow up our rafts. Daniel impressed us with his skills as an amazing bartender, and Rodney was absolutely the best! Every day he greeted us at the gate with a smile and was just as helpful while working around the pool area. The entertainment was interactive and fun, making our girls’ trip—just my teenage daughter, my best friend, and me—feel safe, comfortable, and unforgettable. We were able to relax, have fun, and truly enjoy our vacation.

A great place to stay. Less than 15 minutes from Disney. The rooms ares super nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely a 5 star resort. I had a huge room for a good price. Warm and Friendly people

The parking fees were a surprise…. The first room we had had a terrible smell they moved us quickly to newer building. Would have been nice to of been upgraded or comped something it nope. This Resort is beautiful around the property. You stay in suites that are like apartments with separate bedroom, living room with convertible sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and even a washer dryer and dishwasher. Flat screen in the both the living room and bedroom and a jetted tub in the bathroom. All those things are nice and comfortable. What I DIDN'T like was that you had to pay for parking, $25/day. Our first suite had an ant infestation so they moved us to another area which was older and smaller albeit the same "setup". We felt as if we were being penalized for the ant issue. And the dishwasher in the older unit needed a good cleaning out because it had an odor. Also there was a billiards table in the pool area that needed drastic repairs or to be replaced altogether because it was all ripped up and there was no chalk for the pool sticks that were worn out at the tips. Issues like that they need to pay closer attention to if they want their guests to have the ultimate resort experience. Not to mention all the taxes and "fees" that have absolutely no explanation. I would like to stay there again but I'm not sure if I would.

It is a beautiful resort. Lived up to my expectations. However we had a 1st level room so someone occupied the room above us. I heard a child’s pitter patters all day which is expected, however what came along with it was very disturbing to our day and evenings. It sounded as if someone was rearranging furniture all day and all evening. We were there from Monday to Monday. When we arrived that evening no problem. It started on Tuesday and went through the day until midnight at which time I could finally sleep. It started happening again the the next day early afternoon. That evening I called front desk and complained. They said they would send someone from security. That never happened! By the next evening around 8 p.m. it sounded as if a 500 lb person was doing jumping jacks. I immediately called again and complained. They sent a supervisor to our room to listen to the sound. Of course the 15 minutes he stood there nothing happened. He gave me his card said call again when I heard it. Thank god just as he walked to the door it happened. I asked, what the heck is that. He told me I was right and it sounded as if they were rearranging furniture. The security person went up to there room and spoke with them. The rest of the evening it was pretty quiet expect for a few times. So in saying all that, I will never ask for the first floor again. I will always request the top floor from here on out. Otherwise very pleased with the whole experience.

Staff was very friendly. When booking I did not see that they charge $25.00 per day for parking. There were also a lot of tiny bugs on the stove at night. These bugs were not roaches but some other fast moving cross between a spider and an ant. Besides that it was nice - check out time was too early.
