This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. When I say “Clean”, I mean even the crevices around the baseboards was spotless, bathroom was immaculate and the glass door was completely streak free. The housekeeping staff here all deserve raises. The property was nice and well kept also but the cleanliness of our room was top notch. My only complaint would be the $30 USD/ night to self park our car. Outrageous if you ask me. Also they pressure you into committing to a future stay at a discounted rate while checking out. The catch is, You have to sit through a 90 minute high pressure sales presentation to buy into their vacation club (timeshare)

Very nice stay. Wasn’t sure how it was going to go since we never stayed here before. The reviews gave me confidence to book with no refunds! We usually stay at the reunion but that needs some serious updates and the resort fees there are outrageous. Stayed for 2 nights mid January. Checked in no problem. Had to go to concierge to get parking pass and they us the schpeel to go to a buyers meeting with lure of a visa gift card. We declined and no issues. The apt style 1 bed room is very roomy. Had a full kitchen, washer dryer, walk in shower separate from toilet, sofa bed and dining area. Kitchen cabinets could have been updated. The living room furniture was updated. Had a nice clean patio. I appreciate how clean it was. I appreciate that I can text my questions to front desk and quick replies instead of schlepping to front desk and waiting in line. Vanities, kitchen cabinets and kitchen counters could be updated. The handles on closets are weirdly cheap. The in room safe did not work, I texted front desk and they sent a guy to fix right away. Walk in shower was great, beautifully updated with rain shower. Sofa bed was nice with memory foam mattress. It was oddly cold and windy during our visit. Not many people at the heated pool. I took a dip in heated pool which was nice. They have towel stations by tapping your room key. The lake is beautiful, have option of renting boats, kayak to fish or fish off the dock. Would recommend staying and centrally located to parks
