Beautiful property. We didn’t have much time to enjoy it as we were catching an early flight the next morning. Only drawback was the loud party thrown by the neighbors late into the night. Not the fault of the property, but did take away from the overall stay.

It was a nice price, but copa loca restaurant staff were rude. Golf course was nice. Concierge service was great. The pools were wonderful. Our meal at the grill was not so good. We were not the only ones to complain about it

Upon check in I was informed that because I was only staying for 3 nights/4 days that housekeeping would not come to my room. I was out from early morning until later in the evening on my last day in the resort. Housekeeping had come to my room and I found my toothbrush was on the floor. I also saw my pajamas that i placed on the rack thrown on top of the toilet. The bathroom counter was not cleaned nor was the garbage thrown out but clean towels were replaced. One of my shirts was put on the floor in the bedroom. My issue was that I was told at check in that housekeeping would not enter my room. If I had known that i was giving flasw information, i would have put a do not disturb ticket outside my door or I would have put my pajamas away. It was as if the maid was passively aggressively tending to my room and throwing my personal belongings on the floor because they were mad they were in their way. I had to call front desk to complain. After being on hold for 30 minutes i was finally connected to someone and told them they should at least replace my toothbrush which after an additional 30 minutes someone did come to the room and offer me a replacement. Overall, that negative experience of coming back to my room and knowing that someone had been in it when i was told that no one would be and then seeing my personal items thrown on the floor was very disheartening and made me disappointed in my stay. There was also a pushy saleman for a timeshare option.

Big property. Wasn’t hard dodging them trying to sell time share luckily. But that’s what they’ll do. Was a bit annoyed that someone randomly knocked on our door at 11:40 pm claiming to be house keeping. May have been a prank or a mistake but kind of dismissed by the front desk. Otherwise you’re not in the room that much so isn’t horrible. Finding a parking spot is really hard as well..
