The check in process was seamless. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer. The room was pristine and had everything we needed as well as a Keurig with pods which was a great touch! I really appreciated the full complementary toiletery options from hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even a makeup remover (which i forgot). The complementary breakfast had something for everyone, and the coffee was very decent. They even had a hot chocolate bar was was super cute, with complimentary cookies. There is also a little store in the lobby incase you needed anything extra. We had originally booked a different hotel and they couldn't accomodate us so i was a little apprehensive. But i was honestly very pleased with the mishap because i would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. Thank for guys for a great stay!
