Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor.

We have 3 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore 3 Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Nice location

Great Location/ great communication

My sisters and I rented the 3 condo side by side. The location is great, about 10-15 mins away from MOA. Afril, Gllenn and Noli are so helpful with check in and also very quick in respoding if we have any questions. They made our stay very pleasant and would definitely stay again. Thanks again for letting us stay in your property.

IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY!

Grace was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location.We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

The setup for check-in requires one of Vanessa's employees to personally come to the front desk to check you in. The check-in people for the towers are of little help, except to tell you to call your host. My girl friend checked in the next day and that was a 30 minute run around. Have easy access to the host phone numbers. Sometimes you had to call the 2nd phone number.

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay and the Condo is perfect for 2 people. You can fit 3 but more comfortable for 2. The pool is GREAT and the location is very close to MOA. Easy locations for “GRAB” app car service to find. Laundry is not in the building but located in the next building over. Glen was great to work with on check in and check out. Absolutely would stay here again and have already recommended to friends/family. Building staff and security is top notch and always there to assist. Looking forward to our return.
