Don’t bother… the hotel charged extra fees as did Travelocty. Stranded in FL due to flight cancellation by the airline and nothing but hassle trying to have extra fees removed. Check-in staff unfriendly and like it was a bother to ask for early check-in as we were leaving at 3 am to catch our rescheduled flight. Early check-in DENIED too. Worst travel experience with this hotel.

The room was spotless, nice and spacious room. The front desk was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in which was wonderful! The front desk was helpful in helping us to find a nice seafood restaurant close by. It was great that there was a clean and convenient laundry room in the lobby. The hotel doesn’t look fancy from the outside, but it was inside that made the difference. The complimentary airport shuttle really was a plus for us.

Nice Hotel!! Very clean update rooms. Location had places to eat rt across the street. Shuttle service was fast. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Didn’t make it to breakfast but did see food on the way out looked good. Will book again!!

The shuttle routine, i had asked 3 tines throughout the day starting at 12pm to 8pm asking about the morning shuttle. No sign up sheet was the first down in the morning and a bunch of people got in the shuttle. We didnt get on and had a 6am flight. Had to call a uber which i thought was so wrong. Kendri the night owl was so polite and apologized about everything but wasnt much he could do
