I dont recommend using Door dash while staying here. Both times we used it and both times we waited over an hour for delivery from restaurants 5 miles away that was delivered ice cold. The breakfast buffet at hotel was excellent! The lunch and dinner options at the hotel was good and hot.

How does a hotel that technically supports the Miami Airport travelers not have a 24-hour shuttle? Super dark room and floor. They didn't offer any water upon our arrival, and nothing was available inside the room. I reserved a double-queen bedroom and received a King-Sized bedroom. My reservation included breakfast, but I was still charged for it. Now, I'm trying to resolve the issue with the hotel to get my money back. For sure, it was my 1st and last time at this hotel. As a state employee, I travel to several cities and states around the US. This hotel needs to be renewed and offer better service
