The most outdated and the dirties hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm a big world traveler and chose this hotel before our cruise. The room was so so dirty that i almost stayed up the whole night. I have pictures of dirty stuff in the drawers, smelly and dirty sheets with bkack hair on it at the time of checking . The conceige was so rude . The hotel needs amjor remodeling as it is in a good location. If you are someone who likes upscale hotels, definitely avoid this hotel.

Took two hrs to find my reservation staff was very rude to us said we didnt book direct with them used expedia so wasnt there prblm after two hrs of chats emails and phone calls found reservation said i shouldnt be upset because they were giving me a free breakfast and wouldnt use my hilton honors points because i booked with expedia ill never stay in fing hilton again

Never booking again.

Shuttle was so slow I never saw it in one hour on the curb, saw a lot of other shuttles return over and over finally got a taxi due to one hour and 15 of no shuttle. Called desk to ask questions. Lady wasn’t very enthused that I didn’t use the automated service to listen to the messages about how to take. The Shuttle asked her what color the Shuttle was. She told me gray asked her where I should go. She said by terminal five, but she never told me it was on the upper deck. She didn’t seem very interested in my urgency to get to the hotel after I had been waiting. I finally got to the hotel at midnight.. the gentleman who checked me in was genuinely concerned and was very pleasant. I’d say the only thing I really enjoyed. Was the pressure in the shower..

Carpets in hallways definitely could use a cleaning, pretty nasty with large stains all over. Rooms are pretty nice. But if they would use some of the money this place brings in to keep up on cleaning I’d rate it higher. Staff isn’t really welcoming a bit more on the basic what do you need type mind set. Kind of monotone.

Wish it was a longer stay...

I came to handle some personal business and arrived early to the property. The front staffer Bartholomew was professional, courteous and efficient. I was able to checkin early (for a small fee). The room was clean and satisfactory. The pool and grounds were nice. The food was tasty and the bar was nice. The shuttle truly runs every 30 mins to and from the airport. I will certainly be back for a longer stay.
