Just a heads up - as per the building regulations, we can only guarantee to provide 2 passes for guests to access the building amenities, including the pool.

Stay high above Brickell on the 20th floor at The Icon! Wake up to direct pool views, relax on the balcony with a coffee, and enjoy smart lighting, two smart TVs, and a king bed. Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a full bathroom with a bathtub, in-unit washer/dryer, dining table, and fast Wi-Fi.

Please note: the pool's only open from Friday to Sunday, it's closed Monday through Thursday.

This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception), and the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.

➀ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➀ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.

2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.

3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.

4. Please note: The building only allows to issuance of 2 amenity passes per stay. This means only 2 guests will have access to shared amenities like the pool and gym.
