Getting Around:
Most guests use Uber or Lyft, but the Metromover and Metrorail stations are less than two blocks away, right next to Brickell City Centre.
Metrorail provides service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center / Jackson Memorial Hospital area.

Balcony â currently closed: The unit's balcony is closed by the building due to ongoing safety work and is not accessible during your stay. The views are still spectacular and are enjoyed from inside through the unit's floor-to-ceiling windows. This is managed by building administration and is beyond the host's control; it's disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for the balcony closure.
Building amenity update (current): Icon Brickell is also undergoing scheduled building maintenance. The main outdoor pool currently has limited availability/hours. All other amenities â gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, and fitness center â remain open. These closures are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control; they're disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for temporary amenity closures.
Self check-in: Keyless entry with your private door code â no key handoff. Building policy requires a quick stop at the front desk to register on arrival before heading up. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance and verify your ID through Airbnb. Amenity QR passes are picked up at the amenity level (15th floor); current pickup hours are 9:30 AMâ5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change â the front desk can confirm on arrival.
Parking: This unit does not include a designated parking space. On-site valet is available and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; a fee applies each exit).
