Praktische Wohnung fĂŒr einen Kurztrip

Das Apartment ist ordentlich und hat generell alles, was man fĂŒr einen Kurztrip benötigt.Die SchlafrĂ€ume sind klein und funktionell.In der KĂŒche ist sehr viel Platz, aber leider recht wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Es gibt eine große SpĂŒlmaschine, die man aber gar nicht fĂŒllen kann, weil man das wenige Geschirr direkt wieder spĂŒlen muss.Die Sauberkeit des Bodens könnte deutlich besser sein. Zudem waren in der KĂŒche unzĂ€hlige winzige Tierchen, wodurch man keinerlei Lebensmittel offen liegen lassen konnte. Als EuropĂ€erin waren mir diese Tiere nicht bekannt, so daß ich nicht beurteilen kann, ob sie in Florida eine allgemeine Plage sind.Da wir uns nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben, war sie fĂŒr uns in Ordnung.

Gem in Little Havana

Our stay at this property was great. Location: This is a great location if you have plans to visit Old Havana or needing a place to stay near the port of Miami. This property is definitely a diamond in the rough. Property is gated and we definitely felt safe.Cleanliness: Overall the property was clean and well kept. My only complaint was the floor needed to be swept and mopped throughly. I walked around in my white socks and the bottoms were covered in dust and dirt. Besides that all top surfaces were clean. Management: Thank you to Victor who answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made sure our check-in and out process was seem less.When I come back to little Havana I will definitely stay at this property again.

Good communication with the assistant, Victor in general. The heat is not working

Unfortunately the first three days of our vacation were raining and cold (12/25-12/27) we tried to turn on the heat but it did not work. The temperature inside the unit was only 62 degree Fahrenheit. We tried to contact Victor for that problem, he was assigned a maintenance guy to stop by to take a look but he could not fix the heat and did not know what the problem was according to Victor. We suffered with the coldness for a few days. I was not happy when Victor told me to go to Target to get a space heater and sent him a receipt for reimbursement. I know it was holiday time but when you’re renting out the house, you have to take care of whatever problem coming up, even holiday or you’re on vacation. Victor, you cannot told the renters to go to buy the heater and you reimburse, it’s not about money, it’s about customer service. On the third day of coldness after I told Victor one of my girls got cold symptoms, Victor said he was working on bringing some space heaters and would keep me posted. But it does not happen, I have not send any heaters brought to the unit. There was only one extra blanket. Luckily, the weather was getting warmer. There was no instruction for WiFi. The checking process was good. I have to thank you to Victor for recommending the restaurants, the food was good. In the bathroom it should have some more clothe hooks but we were able to manage. In general the stay was good except for the heat problem we ran into. The neighborhood was good and safe to me. Anywhere you go, you still have to be aware with your surroundings. It was close to downtown and short distance to all attractions. It was fun to celebrate the new year with local people.

Good property - few hiccups

Need black out shades in front bedroom, need check-in instructions earlier as that was a little scramble but got figured out. Slider door was wide open when we arrived, no dishwasher tablets or wifi information left anywhere. No extra towels or blankets Great little property - these are minor details that wouldn’t stop us from staying again, just ideas to make it better.
