Very dirty, cockroach central at least 5 that i could see. Stove filthy, mold on window sills. I wished i didn't have to sleep her but arrived at midnight. Dont waste your money....i have pictures wish i could attach

Like the walking distance i was right on the strip different dining an shopping options didnt like the room for the price i paid a lil over 1,000 for 5 days curtain rod was rusted bad decor needs updating stove needs updating in need of pest control saw critters running around the only thing that was nice was the bathroom it was newly renovated an needs freshly paint throughtput room i enjoyed my bday weekend room appearance could be much better for the price spent

Can’t beat the location. The place was spacious enough for 5 adults. It’s walkable to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again when given a chance.

Studio a good size with well equipped kitchen. Lamp had lost its screw to tun off, so had to keep unplugging to turn off. At least it worked. Hanging/ clothes storage too minimal and not well placed. Nonetheless this is my third visit and I would come back.

BEWARE: The pictures on Expedia are NOTHING like the actual room you will get. Not even close, it would be laughable if it wasn’t so horrible. The room was was “clean” in that the bed was made and there were towels, but the room itself seemed to be rotting and was disgusting to be in. Paint peeling everywhere, gunk all over the shower. The walls/doors are the most NOT soundproof I’ve honestly ever experienced. Every night, both my boyfriend and I were woken up multiple times throughout the night to drunk people stumbling around and yelling. This place is an absolute dump. It’s in a somewhat convenient location, but that is the singular position thing I have to say about it. Additionally, don’t plan on getting beach chairs. Their website claims to have a partnership with “Esteban’s Place”. The front desk lady gave us the address and we walked a mile down the beach to get there, and the people working said that they have no affiliation with Miami International by Lowkl and that there were multiple people before us claiming the same thing (who they also had to turn away). Don’t bother saving a few bucks coming here.

Over all good!

I enjoyed my stay. The price for what I got was fantastic. The only two negatives were the walls were thin, but I can over look that. Also, there wasn't someone at the desk for 24/7. That might be a deal breaker for some people.

the pros; in a convenient, central area near most things, right in south beach. In the room itself the staff did the best job they could to clean this rundown facility but the hallways and entrance were dirty. room looked like a prison cel/dorm. small, run down, ugly mis matched, beat up old furniture. scratched, chipped walls. screws in the walls. no phone no free TV- had to use your own app but wouldn't let me sign in. horrible old windows that were filthy and wouldn't close so very nosey from street traffic and all the greasy smells from restaurant came in room. not pleasant. i was very disappointed that expedia gave this hotel (if you can call it that) an excellent rating. Over 7.5. I had to apologize to my husband for booking this place. Photos can be deceiving and the bathroom had been renovated. I should have clued in when i read in the reviews about "not bad for a discount hotel" but i chose it because of the reviews saying it was very clean. They must have closed their eyes on the way in. This place is barely more than a hostel, but you have your own bathroom. For $500 CDN for 2 nights I expected a respectable hotel. Expedias star rating system is messed up. There is no way this place should be in the same category as respectable hotels. It should be rated below the other "discount" hotels such as days inn etc. but at least with discount chains you usually know what to expect. the other Lowkl hotels must be disgusting as this one had the best ratings.

The location was excellent and well serviced, but remember that you are on a party street, so expect some noise. It might have helped slightly if one of the wind panes wasn't a single sheet of PVC instead of actual glass. This also made the room slightly cold.
