Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

The room had a rusty machete by the door. I don't know if it was left there by maintenance or a previous guest. When I brought this up to the front desk they did move me to a different room. They seemed to be doing their best, but it is hard to overlook something like a large machete in your room.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities

Staff was friendly but lacked hospitality. The housekeeping lady stole my wife’s perfume when they cleaned the room and also thy didn’t stock extra toilet paper and took our towels before we were done using them.
