Got there to check in to are hotel and some guy was sleeping in our room the staff called the police told us to to come back cause they had to clean are room again. I left came back and they had switched are room to another one. When i walked in room the floor was soaked and the room had mold on the ceiling /smelled like mold on top of the i watched the employee take floor fans out of rhe room and yell at the cleanning staff whitch she clearly thought i could not speak a different language but she was wrong. Very disrespectful. I tried to explain the room was nasty and the floor was soaked and mold on the walls and she told me there was no mold and the floor was dry. Iam a nurse and husband is a contractor we know what we saw we took pictures and video and sending it to the health department. We did not stay and u pray no one gets sick from staying there.

I was a guest on two separate days and had two different rooms for each stay. I had room 316 on Thursday, 9/25/2025 and that room was nice. I had room 110 on Sunday, 9/28/2025 and that room had a broken shower fixture (tray) and the shower drain was also broke.

Mold inside closet, room was damp and smelled damp. Hallway smelled damp. Had to ask for breakfast supplies like napkins and plates. No attendant was keeping up with things and keeping breakfast goods stocked.

I doubted the true cleanliness of the room when I got into bed and there was no top sheet. The fact there was a restaurant on the property was a big plus. No handicapped double beds room needs to be addressed. Otherwise, it was fine for a night.

Lots of places to eat nearby, within a few blocks. Also a Super Target near the hotel. Free breakfast is always nice. The room wasnt the cleanest but I rated it 4 out of 5 stars. I was given a complimentary upgrade for a room so that the two rooms I booked were on the same floor. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated because the upgrade was a bit larger. The staff were all very nice. There was a problem with my key card on day 2 but I figured it was because I was given the upgrade. The staff fixed the issue quickly so it was fine. All in all I was very happy with my stay and I could see myself booking with them again.

Hotel was just ok, was clean, felt safe, bed was comfortable, pillows lumpy but had a damp feeling on the floor. Breakfast selections and nutritional value were minimal. If you are going to offer breakfast have some nutritional value vs. packaged foods that have no nutrition.

Photos of room, pool area, and general areas of hotel completely misaligned with the actual property. Pool photo shows wood wall and ceiling paneling, soft lighting, and lighted pool and hot tub. Reality is blue and white walls, ugly LED lights, and no lights in pool and hot tub. Ordered a suite, but got a 2 queen bed with a sofa sleeper that blocks access to bathroom when in use. Apparently, that’s their idea of a suite at this hotel. Might as well throw a recliner in this room and call it a master suite. What a joke and waste of money.
