It speaks for itself that we chose to stay a second time at this Vrbo in Minnetonka. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean and spacious and the setting overlooking the wetlands is idyllic. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, house is lovely and in a good, safe neighborhood. Maybe one more easy chair (or another small love seat) in the living area upstairs would allow for more seating as we enjoyed being upstairs so we were close to the kitchen. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. For a house that sleeps 12, the kitchen needs to have more silverware and dishes (especially bowls for soup) that would cover that many people. Wash cloths and maybe a couple of extra towels in the bathrooms would be nice to have on hand.

Lovely home

Girls weekend of shopping and socializing, was nice to all be in one house versus multiple hotel rooms. The location was residential but very close to Eden Prairie Center shopping mall, Chanhassen Theatre and restaurants. Communication with property manager/owner was very attentive with quick response. Overall great stay for what we needed!
