Room was okay. If I knew anything about this hotel prior to staying for 4 nights I would not have stayed. Having the water park inside the building was fine but the out of control children running the hallways all day and night drove us crazy. They were not watched by any adult. I bet Disneyland would have not allowed the kids to run free like they did. The ice machines were used as a toy for these kids. All hallways and stairways had ice cubes, apparently throwing them at each other.

We didn’t love the fact that majority of the rooms are facing the pool, which can be a bit loud at times even when the doors are closed. There was a bidet in the bathroom. That was a bit of a surprise not exactly used to that. Also, the tub was a bit worn down, but for the most part, the room was clean.

devestated as we had not got about an hour to enjoy the pool before they went up to the room to get ready for bed. I understand things happen that can’t be controlled, but I don’t think it’s fair to pair full price for a room we specifically got for something we could not use. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for this inconvenience please. Thank you for your time.
