The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

The large dining room table was often the central gathering spot. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Nice balcony although the weather was cool and rainy so it was used less than we expected.

Beautiful House with perfect location

House was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Short walk to the pier and small shops and cafes. You walk across the street and your on the beach. Owner was great to communicate with, answered all phone calls and questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend!!

This 5 bedroom 2 story house worked great for 4 couples and two teens for a long weekend. Big dining table and living area able to accommodate our group. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub for lounging. It is on a busy street with some traffic noise.
