THE ultimate million dollar view can be found in this fabulous 2200 square foot, 2nd floor condo located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach at the South Tower of Ocean Creek Resort LLKK2. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo is the largest and only double unit in all of Ocean Creek. This pristine rental boosts incredible views from the double wide balcony and private balconies from each bedroom. There is easy elevator access to this condo.

This tremendous condo has two living areas with 2 leather sleeper sofas, six big chairs, and a huge flat screen TV that can be viewed from both living areas. There are two dining areas for the family to gather and a fully equipped open space kitchen providing plenty of cupboard and essential storage with wall-to-wall extra counter tops. The appliances are modern and the cooking and entertainment amenities are well stocked. Take advantage of the outdoor dining table for that breathtaking waterfront dinner setting. The is also a huge laundry space that offers more storage.

The master bedroom suite has a California king with fresh linens and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. There is balcony access from this bedroom so you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the amazing sunrise. The second master bedroom also features a king bed with ensuite bath and walk-in shower. There is balcony access from this bedroom also. The third bedroom has a queen bed for your sleeping pleasure with an ensuite bathroom and balcony access. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds and balcony access. Linens are included with this reservation.

Ocean Creek Resort is a unique, 57 acre resort in Myrtle Beach that provides guests with a relaxed environment. There are two outdoor pools to enjoy, one directly by the condo complex and one by the ocean. There are full concession stand and resort amenities. There is also an indoor pool, jacuzzi for you to enjoy as well as a grilling area and outside shower. You could enjoy the likes of tennis, putting on the greens, and beach volleyball. Ocean Creek Resort offers summer kids' activities that include ice cream socials, sandcastle building competitions, beach kickball, seashell searches, and much more. We love staying at Ocean Creek plantation, and as our family grows, so do our needs. With 4 adult families, we all stayed in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo for the week and it was perfect!

Nice condo with nice service

Love this large condo for our big extended family. Space worked perfectly and was clean. Service was great. The couple little issues we had were handled right away. We’ve stayed at Ocean Creek for several years but this was our first renting with Seaside. They were so pleasant to work with…we will definitely use them again and stay in this condo again if available.

This accomodation was very nice for the size of people we had. The kitchen was so very well equipted. But the place was dirty. It looked like the floors had not been swept in a very long time. Not sand but dirty. The front doors are covered in mold. Under the beds have not been swept in a long time also. Some of the light bulbs were out in the bathrooms and out side. This was very disappointing for the money we spent. We did contact the Rental Agency and they were WONDERFUL in helping us

Wonderful Week at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my family (six adults and two little ones) in this condo last week. It was perfect for our needs. Due to Covid, we cooked and ate all of our meals in (except for take-out pizza one night). The kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The balcony was awesome, with a breeze all day and beautiful views and we spent a lot of time out there. The inland water (not sure what to call it) was perfect for our 4-year-old granddaughter to play in with no worries. I rated cleanliness at four stars for two relatively minor issues - the floors were not particularly clean when we arrived (I realize this is the beach and sand is difficult to get rid of), and the drip coffee pot still had a coffee filter and coffee in it which apparently had been there before the previous guest, since it was moldy. I fully expect we will return to this beautiful property next year.

Winter beach break

Finding an oceanfront property of this size at this price point was a blessing. Our family of 8 from upstate SC had some lovely post-holiday time snacking, playing games, watching movies, and visiting a few attractions and restaurants. What was great: The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well-appointed. I had brought a fair amount of my own kitchen items to cook with, but did not need to have brought them. The views from the kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were outstanding. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach, even in the polar weather we experienced. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and easy to viist. The adjacent bathrooms were also clean and stocked. There was a lot of room to spread out; we never lacked for seating or comfort. The less-than-perfect parts: It is annoying to need to retrieve a key from off site, but we knew that going in and accepted that. Finding the unit was the hardest part of the trip. The signage within the entrance of the complex was incomplete. We finally found our unit. Directions would have been helpful. We hadn't noticed in the photos that the southernmost bedroom did not have drapery on the curtains. The young adults who slept in that room had a very hard time with the bright lights that poured in all night and the sun that rose at 7:17AM. We could not find any extra linen. This impacted us three ways. First, it was very cold in the unit when we arrived. This wasn't surprising as we had been experiencing record cold temps in SC. As we waited for the unit to warm up that first night, we really could have used more blankets. We did find one that our youngest daughters could use. I slept in my sweatpants and fleece. Secondly - while the large closest held many pillows available to use, we could not find any pillowcases. Finally, one of my adult sons had planned to use the sleeper sofa or the roll out bed to sleep, but there was no linen to equip those beds with. None of these issues would keep me from recommending this property, but I would make sure people knew about the lack of drapery in the bedroom and to bring some pillowcases and blankets.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In our 30 years of renting condo's in Myrtle Beach we have never had an issue with cleanliness. This was a first. We totally agree with the most recent reviews. The condo was filthy! As someone else stated, they cleaned the condo themselves. We did the same as well so that we could get settled and begin our vacation. (I did make the management company aware of the condition and that we cleaned it ourselves.) We spent 2 hours, sweeping, vacuuming and washing all the cabinets. The floors and rugs were covered with sand the cabinets were covered with pasta sauce, soda and who knows what else. The vent in the hallway had mold. The furniture was also very dirty and one of the couches really should be replaced. We also agree with the other comments concerning the appliances. The stove had only 3 elements working properly. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and the refrigerator ice/water did not work half the time. Also, we are not sure why, but the 2 front bedrooms were very warm. We had to keep the fans on to stay cool. Overall, the condo for the price was very disappointing. The location was great and we would consider staying at Ocean Creek again, just not in this condo. Hopefully the owners of this condo will see these recent negative reviews and correct the issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the location is absolutely wonderful right on the beach and convenient to everything. This is our second year renting and we thought The unit would be clean this year because we complained last year so we gave it another try well the unit was worse this year than last. This is very disappointing to us because the location is ideal for everything so with this being said we will no longer be staying there because the unit is filthy. FYI pictures are deceiving it looks gorgeous but when you get there the floors are not cleaned the linen wasn’t cleaned, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, so I cleaned everything myself this year because it is too hard to try to have six grandchildren and four adults out of the unit at the same time for them to come back in and clean. A tropical storm came in while we were there and the sliding glass doors leaked water and every room all over the floors and had leaks through the ceiling I guess from the upstairs sliding door is leaking. My grandson slipped and busted his head on the floors because they are very slippery.

However, it has lots of small issues which quickly add up. The appliances are dated and do not work properly. The refrigerator door doesn't close properly, the ice machine can't keep up, the vent over the stove doesn't work well, the garbage disposal does not work and lastly the dish washer must be run multiple times to clean rinsed dishes. The counter tops were sticky and dirty when we got the condo. The floors were not swept and we found dirty underwater under the beds. For the price we paid this is unacceptable. The keys must must jammed around to work the locks as well. The beds are very uncomfortable and there are not enough towels for a unit this size. These are all small things but they add up.

Awesome views of ocean!

The unit was very spacious for 9 people,it had awesome ocean front Views. We got lucky because it had a little lagoon out front where the ocean flows in and it was 1 foot to 3 feet so it was perfect for the one-year-old grandson and the two-year-old grandson it was absolutely the perfect spot for my family. But on the other hand it was not clean the rugs won’t vacuumed and the floors were dirty are feet were black from them. I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it. The microwave didn’t work and the bathtub didn’t drain and all toilets ran, maintenance came right out and took care of that for us and replace the microwave With a new one.But that would not stop me from renting this unit again we absolutely loved the views and how big it was. It’s was great that every room had its own bath. The balcony was very large and nice to set out and just take in look out at the ocean while enjoying drinking my coffee in the morning.
