No trashcan in the room. The room was not cleaned very well at all. There was crumbs of food all over the couch. The sliding glass door didn’t close all the way and the lock for it was totally broken. The bathtub was dirty. The only thing good about the whole place was the receptionist was wonderful. After checking into my room, I had to go down and ask for towels because none were put in the room. She immediately went and got them and brought them up to my room.

Hotel was under construction No sign or address to let you know where you were. parking lot roped off. No parking. Smell of weed coming from the room down the hall. I booked an ocean front room was given parking lot view that they called resort view. I was told there was no hot water in the building that has the ocean front rooms looks nothing like the photos online. None of this was told to me when they called to confirm the room. I did not stay I had Expedia find me another room that same night. Don't stay here. unsafe and unclean.

We booked this room and hotel and didn’t even get to stay there! They couldn’t give us the room we ask for and No TV’s was available! Then They lady I was with didn’t have ID so they wouldn’t let us put it in my name and made us leave the property! Now they are trying to keep her money!

No hot water- given the option to not stay. 5 days later still trying to get $ back. All reviews of no parking etc still true- they're not working on anything. Expedia the as 0 business doing business with this property. Property states "it's no big deal, our team will correct the over charge" but they won't and EXPEDIA doesn't assist at all. I am having my credit card dispute the Expedia charge and will be filing local complaints.
