Stunning 3 BR, 3 Bath Grand Atlantic Direct Oceanfront

This condo is located on the 14th floor and has a king bed in the master bedroom with an amazing ocean view. There are 2 full beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. There is a very large balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All of the TV's are LCDs and a DVD player is included in the living room. All beds have new mattresses and are covered with premium allergen/bed bug protective covers. There is a washer/dryer, high chair, and kids pack 'n' play in the unit for your convenience. For those who love coffee, we have included both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning. The resort also offers a mini mart, restaurant, game room and a fitness center.

The Grand Atlantic Resort is located right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach. Food and entertainment is within walking distance. The new boardwalk is just a few blocks away as well as Broadway at the Beach and many more attractions.

The condo was in excellent shape when we arrived. The location was perfect, giving us an ocean view that was fantastic. When we realized how much time we had on our last day between checkout and our flight, I contacted Jeremy to request a late checkout. He said that wasn't a problem. That made our last day much more relaxing.

Myrtle Beach

The property is very nice and clean. My only complaint is you get NO services from the property management. Meaning you have no maid service. You have to provide everything- paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer pods, dish soap. Yes there is liens, however again you have to wash it- no maid service. Also there was pool repair and unable to use the outside pool. These things should have been put on the listening when we went to book.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property! Owner is very responsive. We had one issue that was dealt with quickly and have absolutely no complaints! Condo was updated and very clean. Can sleep 10 so the 5 of us were very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for and oceanfront vacation at Myrtle Beach!

Property and unit was very clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue was having to use the city access to get to the beach because the resort access was closed due to construction of the outside pools. Access was also not available last year due to reconstruction of the resort walkway.

Girls weekend

Wonderful, magical place with a great view. Easy access to nearby attractions. Felt very safe there. Was a little disappointed that the pool was unavailable at certain times due to construction but we made the most of it.

Perfect Views

Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Super clean. Beach access was great and they have plenty of toys and chairs to enjoy the day. View from bedroom and living room is incredible We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Perfect for a girls weekend

Although there was a bit of a hiccup checking in, Jeremy helped us fix it right away. The condo is beautifully located in the middle of everything. Everything was clean and laid out for us. There are even beach supplies for all ages in the closets! It was a perfect hangout and home base for us. The only I comment would say is that there are no USB options on the outlets so be sure to bring plenty of bricks for chargers. We would definitely stay again!

Softball tournament stay

A group of 9 stayed. The room and amenities were awesome. Especially after a long day of softball the hot tub came in handy.
