The magical sunrises on the Golden Mile are worth getting up early for! This unit comes with a FULL KITCHEN which is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything that you would need to cook & dine in at the beach.

After a long day at the beach or site seeing, enjoy the LIVING/DINING ROOM which is decorated in White Wood & Beach Tones, this room features a Flat Panel High Definition TV. Dining Table seats 4 while looking out the sliding glass doors to the beautiful ocean front view.

RJ's Restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet for purchase and the Marco Polo Pool Bar is a convenient place for a cool beverage and a light quick bite to eat.

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
