From freshly painted walls and brand-new LVP flooring to sleek countertops, stylish tile, upgraded appliances, and curated artwork, every detail has been thoughtfully updated to ensure a luxurious stay. We are thrilled to welcome you to this brand-new space!



Upon entering, guests will find a well-equipped kitchenette to the right, offering the perfect space to prepare light meals or snacks. With a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and sink, starting your day has never been easier. For those who prefer dining out, the resort offers excellent onsite restaurants, and you'll find an abundance of award-winning dining options just a 5–10-minute drive away. Many local restaurants also offer delivery, and services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are convenient choices for a cozy night in.



The spacious bathroom, located just off the kitchenette, features a large countertop with ample space for your essentials, a sink, oversized mirror, toilet, and a shower/tub combo, providing everything you need to prepare for a day of adventure.



Further inside the condo, you'll find the two inviting queen-sized beds, perfectly positioned to accommodate four guests. A nightstand sits between the beds, complemented by a lamp for a cozy ambiance. A dresser and a dining table with four chairs add to the functional and comfortable layout.

This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand-new Walmart just opened on 16th Avenue, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
