Seaclusion by StayMareni - Oceanfront King Suite
Summary:
Step into Seaclusion and the Atlantic frames the living room â a corner 1-bedroom with two private oceanfront balconies, a King bedroom, and a galley kitchen built for slow mornings. Made for family vacations and girls' weekends. Our locally-built StayMareni Guest Guide points to the food and the small detours that make a beach week feel less generic. No streets to cross to the sand, the 21st Avenue dining strip a three-minute walk, and Starbucks a few blocks past.
The Space:
Seaclusion is a privately owned 1-bedroom corner suite at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower â recently renovated, easygoing in feel, with the kind of full-on oceanfront framing that makes the suite worth booking again. The owners have furnished this home with care, and we take care of it as if it were our own.
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is the lower-key neighbor to the dense oceanfront strip south of it â Art Deco-inspired exterior, sand right behind the building, free parking right at the door. The corner stack puts Seaclusion at the quiet end of the floor, with two private balconies instead of the usual one.
The living room is built around the Atlantic. A wide picture window opens onto the oceanfront balcony, and the seating faces it. The gray sofa carries yellow accents and faces the view. The royal-blue coffee table sits between. An Adirondack-chairs-on-the-beach canvas anchors the back wall. The 50-inch Smart TV sits on a white arched media console. A red metal accent stool tucks in beside it. Step into the bedroom and it's the King, the window line, and the way the morning light lands. A second 50-inch Smart TV faces the bed. Navy-blue curtains carry the cobalt palette through. The galley kitchen runs full-size â granite counters, tile floors, a full electric range with the oven directly below, and a Keurig already loaded for slow mornings. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, two full baths matter. The master bath has the jetted oval whirlpool tub set in a tile-clad alcove with a handheld shower. The secondary bath is straightforward â cultured-marble vanity, oval mirror, tub-shower combo.
It's a rare two-balcony layout â both private, both oceanfront, both built for early coffee and late-day breeze. Two blue Adirondack chairs are already set out on the living-room balcony. The oceanfront deck has the spread â outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, plus the indoor heated pool for the in-between days. Building-wide WiFi is blazing fast â no dead zones from the suite out to the pool deck. Birthday week? Anniversary trip? Ask about our Celebration setups â balloons, decorations, and the touches that make the day feel marked.
Most of what guests do here happens on foot. Coffee at Starbucks is a few blocks south on foot. The 21st Avenue restaurants are right past it, and the Convention Center is ten minutes up the road. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about a ten-minute walk south â beach already at the door.
Guest Access:
The whole suite is yours â King bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, two full baths, and both private oceanfront balconies. Resort access includes the outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, and the indoor heated pool. One parking pass is included â free lot in front of the building or covered garage across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
We've designed this home with you in mind â the kind of place you don't want to leave, with the balcony chairs waiting and the Keurig already loaded. Whether it's a family week or a girls' weekend, Seaclusion is ready when you are â let the beach do the rest.
Skip the lobby â your code and parking pass are sent straight to your phone the day of check-in. Inside, your welcome setup is waiting: branded K-cups for the Keurig, popcorn and cookies, hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion), and weighty bath towels with fresh linens already made up. Dish soap, basic cookware, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are all in place, along with starter trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels â enough to land easily and figure out the grocery run later. Blazing-fast WiFi is included throughout the suite, the building, and out onto the pool deck.
Friendly reminders: booking guest must be 21 or older, and these are smoke-free homes. Boardwalk's monthly building access code is sent the day of check-in alongside your door code â same code works for both the beach- and street-side entries.
Unit was exactly as described. Two balconies, corner unit, 1st floor, not ground level. Ocean view through the palm trees. Was perfect for our stay with 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! Clean, well maintained, cute decor. Able to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops etc. Directly on the beach, very clean, soft, not overly shelly sand. Great communication, easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend!
The living room furniture was not comfortable. The sofa is actually the size of a loveseat. The other two chair provided were not for sitting. Furnishing need to improve especially if renting during off season. Everything else was wonderful
The ocean was visible from my room. The location was excellent. The place was very nice and tucked away for privacy. The decor is very nice. We had a little incident but management took care of it right away. The overall experience was great and when back in Myrtle Beach, I plan to stay here again.
We booked this property last minute and what a Gem ! Our host & Team where very responsive to any situation or questions we had . Everything was exactly as described and more . Very nice personal touches . Absolutely will book this property or another property with this Team! Thank you
I LOVE this Oceanfront suite! Clean, roomy and comfortable. The host is quick to reply. This suite has much more room than others I have stayed in. It's very conveniently located to the elevator and it's an end unit so no neighbors on one side or below you! I will definitely be checking this place out again in the future!
Property was very well maintained and the condo was great. Having two bathrooms was great and the bed was very comfortable. Location was close to everything and building was very secure. The rental team stayed i. Contact to make sure everything was as it should be. Will be returning next year.
