Stunning 1st Floor, 3 Bedroom in Myrtlewood Villas

If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to vacation, this is it! We have a beautiful view of the pond if you just want to sit on the back porch and put your feet up. There is also a pathway around the pond if you want some exercise. Located on the first floor, there are no stairs to haul all your luggage up either! We are located in the center of Myrtle Beach, close to all attractions and only a mile from the beach! Fur babies allowed, ask before you book about our pet fee.

This property was amazing! The decor was really nice. I loved the hardwood floors. And my family really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pond! It was more than enough space for the six of us. And very close to Broadway at the Beach! We will return!

Convenient and Well-Kept

We were in town for a family memorial and so we didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but it served our needs well. Place was as pictured in photos and the property manager was very responsive and upfront about what is / is not provided (as far as toiletries etc). The location was great, quite and ample parking, close to where we were visiting. Would stay here again.

Loved the spacious condo as well as the location! Very clean with lots of kitchen utensils, and cookware. King Beds were 2 twins vs actual king beds as described in the listing. Would love to stay again.

There were spiders dropping from ceiling fans, ants in the kitchen and water bugs in Master Bedroom. The brown chair in the livingroom is dangerous for larger people. I sat on tip of chair that threw me out of the chair, chair flew on top of me and I hurt my leg and side. Please remove chair so that others will not get hurt.

The place is beautiful and was close by to everywhere we needed to be-check in, rental, check out was all smooth and the communication was spot on!! While the place was clean overall the cleaners seemed to have totally missed dusting/cleaning all of the ceiling fans and bottom shelves of the furniture-everything at eyesight level was immaculate though. Not a deal breaker at all - just feedback for the cleaners.

I highly recommend this rental property. Katie was amazing from the very beginning, her response time to questions and accepting my request was top-notch.
