This newly built luxury vacation home situated 2 blocks from downtown New Braunfels is the perfect family getaway. In addition to the12 12-person hot tub, guests of Warnecke Haus will have direct easement access to the Comal River through nearby Beavers’ Bend. This large 4 bedroom/4 bath home will be able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The property also features an electric car charger as well as being fully RV accessible with utilities.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed & large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. French doors allow guests to walk right out onto the shared front porch patio for morning coffee. The master ensuite has a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #2 on the main level of the home features an additional king-size bed with a shared hall bath. Guests staying in this bedroom will also have access through additional French doors leading out onto the shared front porch.

Upstairs Accommodations:
Bedroom #3 features a Queen-sized bed and Twin size daybed with twin size trundle underneath and a wall-mounted HDTV. This bedroom has a private full-size bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Bedroom #4 has a Queen size bed and twin bunk beds with a wall-mounted HDTV. This bedroom has a private full-size bath with a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

The outdoor living space features an inground heated 12-person hot tub and lounging Adirondack chairs situated around the large propane fire pit.

This property is managed by Big Chief Vacation Properties. We will communicate check-in & check-out instructions to you the morning of your stay. You are welcome to contact us during your stay as needed.

The home is centrally located with downtown New Braunfels, and Schlitterbahn only minutes away. Gruene is located just a short drive away. Additionally, this property includes easement access to the Comal River through Beavers` Bend which is situated across the street from the property.

We work closely with a 3rd party equipment rental company that provides tubes & golf-carts to guests staying at our Downtown New Braunfels properties for an additional cost. New Braunfels is a very golf-cart-friendly town and the `lokals` favorite mode of transportation! The golf carts and tubes are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, aired up/gassed up, so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in! Let us help get your vacation started even sooner!

New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
