Staff was outstanding! We received a warm welcome and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean, accessible to all local attractions. Everyone we came in contact with provided top notch customer service. Can't recommend this gem of a hotel enough. We fell in love with it immediately! We will definitely be back on our next visit.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, whenever I visit New Orleans, I will be staying here. The staff are amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. The hotel is conveniently located, you can walk to many attractions and activities. The hotel is so cute and clean. Treat yourself to a balcony room, it was the best! The pool was nice for a midday break when it got hot.

All of the staff were extremely pleasant. Our room was nice enough, but we got the worst of the worst view from our window. It was a view of all the electrical equipment on the rooftop. That's all we could see. I was really bummed. The tile in the shower looked brand new. We had to point the shower head towards the tile otherwise it soaked the floor. The shower doors do not keep the water in. We had a clogged toilet and asked the front desk for a plunger. They never brought it. My husband spent hours trying to get it unclogged. We heard no street noise from our room. There were some noisy guests who were way too loud at 2:00 a.m. It was walking distance to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square and the river.

Valet parking is there on the property. You don’t have to wait for them to go blocks away to get your car. That’s wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful except for the man checking us in. He barely spoke except when he kept “messing up” on the computer trying to check us in.

The hotel was super clean. The front desk was very friendly, saying hello to us everytime they saw us. Its in a great location, its walking distance from everything but just slightly off the main path making it a little more private.
