Stayed here for a bachelor party, plenty of room for 12 people and was just a short uber ride to bourbon street. There a couple of bars close by as well. Also grant is very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.
Sick place for rowdy get together with college friends. We had a wonderful time! The living room had enough seating for 18 people when we had friends over. The block was poppin with bars, shows, and activities in the neutral ground!
Perfect house for my big group of friends visiting Nola for their post-covid shutdown reunion! It slept our group of 10 people very comfortably and had a very laid back feel like the house itself is one of the neighborhood bars on the block. Great front porch too!

Great party place in a bit of a sketchy area - but had a blast!
We were a bit concerned when our shuttle bus driver started talking smack about the area of town we were staying and coming in at night didn't help. It is a rather sketchy looking area of town, but we found the neighbors to be really nice and the location was convenient to walking to trolley and most places. We had absolutely no issues with the place and had 15 family members aged 11 to 83 all staying together. We totally enjoyed ourselves and Graham even made sure we had more silverware and glasses. He even got out his Christmas tree for our use. Great spot that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and within a two mile walk of French Quarter.
