The room was great, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. The check-in and check-out were performed by this great staff without a hitch and very quickly. They called the room a little after we arrived to make sure everything was to our expectations.

Staff is very friendly but the property itself I would not recommend. My room upon arrival was not as advertised. I was under the impression I’d be receiving wooden floors because that is what I was shown upon booking, I came in to moldy smelling carpet. There was a stain on the front door that looked like someone killed a bug and left it. Gross. Closet door was chipped, the best part was the staff and the hot water. Other than that I don’t plan to revisit this property.

This hotel did not have a comforter or quilt or blanket on the bed nor in the closet. We called and they said they were out of them. So we slept with a sheet only. It was uncomfortable bc we were cold and they did nothing to resolve it… just said.. oh we’re all out of those. It seems bare minimum to have a cover on a bed in a hotel. That was highly disappointing. It was very aesthetically pleasing at most.

Horrible experience. Manager Marie was a nightmare. No respect for guests or their privacy. Room was horrible, nothing worked, tv broken, phone broken, everything was dirty, puke stains on carpet. Switched rooms, even worse. Bathroom door won’t close. Fridge was broken. No hot water. Several cockroaches! Payed up front, and charged another $1,200 on check in. Spent an hour trying to get it resolved. They removed the charge, and now I have another new charge from them for $1,500. Along with a $500 random charge. Dirty sheets left in the hallway. Staff constantly yelling outside our room.

The common areas of the hotel are a little well used but the room was great - immaculate, beautiful, the best mattress. Service was also impeccable.
