Very disappointing stay We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We specifically requested connecting rooms because we were traveling as a family, but instead we were given handicap rooms on different floors, which made no sense for our situation. The next day, they changed our rooms, but they only gave us one room because the other one was supposedly still being cleaned. When we returned at night, they gave us the key to the second room, only to find out it was already occupied by someone else. As a result, we ended up staying on different floors again, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. While I will say that the rooms themselves were clean, the location is very bad. The area is full of homeless people, with urine and feces on the streets, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, I believe there are much better areas and hotels to stay at, especially for families. I would not choose this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and the bar/restaurant on the 1st floor is a great bonus. Room Service from 6am to 10pm and a fully stocked bar..steps away from everything in the French Quarters….What else would you need?!? 10/10 accommodations. Keep in mind that the rooms are on the smaller side but for My Best Friend and I, it was just right!!

This is a very nice hotel. The problems that I encountered were regarding the a/c and the heat. I had to call every day to get the temperature regulated in my room. It was 80 during the day time and 58 at night. Maintenance said they in the process of trying to upgrade. Unfortunately, I had to suffer through it these past 3 days.
