PROS: Property was very convenient to Canal St & Bourbon St. Plenty of restaurants nearby, everything was very walkable. CONS: Tub in room was extremely slow draining (ran water into tub for 5 minutes, had 2"-3" standing water and took 10 minutes to drain), they sent someone from "engineering" up to check it out. He worked on it for 5 minutes and said it was fixed.....NOT! MAYBE it was a tiny bit faster, but after my 10 minute shower, I was still standing in 3" of water... Second issue - AC was quite noisy (fan bearing or condenser going out as it was a squealing noise). Wasn't loud enough during day to think to ask to change rooms, but made it difficult to sleep at night...

I check-in the first day and the room we received smelled a lot like dirty socks, I was then moved to a different room on the ninth floor and much to my surprises, the bed had many bedbugs from small to giant looking sized. Worst experience I've ever had.
