Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I think I’ve ever had. We booked here because it was last minute and getting a room in Manhattan was impossible without spending a crazy amount of money. Now I think I’d definitely go there again. Super easy to get down into the city. Easy to get to from outside of the city. Super close to the zoo and Botanical Gardens. Great experience all in all.

Upon arrival, check-in was delayed because no one was at the front desk. After about 10–15 minutes, someone arrived and the check-in process went smoothly. The room was clean, the bathroom was well stocked with amenities, and the mini fridge had bottled water. The only downside was that the area was a bit noisy.

This room was very nice and clean and I enjoyed my stay however, the lighting is not good. The room is very dark. There’s only one otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

I had a pleasant day. The hotel conveyed a high-quality of cleanliness from the common areas to my guest room. The complementary breakfast offered a large variety of items which were quickly replenished during the entire three hour period breakfast was offered.
