The Pierre seems to have seen better times. The experience was generally ok but not great. The atmosphere feels tired with no sense of style or design in the public areas such as lobby and restaurants. The hotel history should not be its only strength. Room was classic and well appointed and service good and friendly so it just about balanced the negative aspect.. Taj should consider investing money for a full renovation

Disappointed, rooms dimly lit, in need of major updates. Towels are crunchy, the bathroom was leaky. Our view from room 5535 and 5532, was awful. Utterly disappointed the one star is for the location. The executive suites are spacious but it has a depressing atmosphere.

Our room was only a few minutes late to be ready and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite for the MINOR inconvenience. Britney at the front desk was so thoughtful in upgrading my our experience. It was especially magical to be there at Christmas time. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
