Nice but wet

Overall the hotel was nice. We got in super late (2am) and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. The room was nice enough. We didn't use a lot of the amenities (kitchen etc) but everything looked to be in good condition. We did not make it to breakfast because we got to bed so late so I don't know how the food was but the eating area looked very nice. However, the floor of the bedroom was soaking wet. Like if you jumped, water would splash. The carpet was completely soaked. There was a lot of rain the night before so I assumed something was leaking. Our socks and some clothes got wet. It wasn't the end of the world but was inconvenient and made getting in/out of the bed hard. We complained to the front desk the next morning and the girl seemed to kind of ignore it. She apologized and said we could have switched rooms (which we weren't going to do at 2am). She didn't really offer us anything to make up for it. I understand that these things happen but they didn't seem overly concerned with making it right. They did offer to comp our parking ($21), which I don't feel like we should have had to pay for in the first place.

Very easy access to NYC . The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Appreciated the kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.

Great modern hotel with all the amenities. Breakfast is great, proximity to path train is a must, quiet and friendly service. Very comfy beds!!!

Ideal Pre-cruise Hotel

Great hotel ideal for a pre-cruise stay easy access to Manhattan via the subway Great service and there’s a roof terrace and gym for people staying a few days.
