The second floor residence features a front balcony deck with a dining table for four, a market umbrella, a propane gas BBQ grill, and ocean views, along with a rooftop deck offering a dining table for four, a market umbrella, two chaise lounges, and panoramic views.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES: Both residences include fully stocked kitchens with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, all major appliances, and small appliances. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of two pets (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, four twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies and quarters.
Parking: The ground floor residence includes two designated outdoor driveway parking spaces that fit most vehicle sizes and are located along the inland side of the building. The second floor residence includes one designated parking space in a shared double garage and is best suited for mid-size vehicles or minivans, as SUVs are not recommended due to the low overhead clearance. Additional metered and unmetered neighborhood street parking may also be used.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
