Set right on the sand in Newport Beach, this oceanfront home offers so many amenities that you'll feel like you are basking in never-ending luxury. It is also quite close to stores, shops, and restaurants, which abound on the Newport Peninsula.

Spanning 2,500 square feet across three levels, this luxury home has panoramic views of the beach and the shimmering Pacific from many vantage points - inside and out. The crown jewel, a third-floor rooftop deck, boasts a fireplace, lots of comfortable seating, and a hot tub. The third-floor game room, with a mini kitchen, flows seamlessly into the rooftop deck with Catalina doors so you can move freely from inside to outside.

The first-floor beachfront patio is also a great place to rest, relax, and recharge. Watch people surf and swim right in front of you while unwinding, barbecuing, and dining alfresco during sunset. You also have views of Catalina Island and the shoreline from Newport Pier to Huntington Beach Pier.

The first floor sports a modern kitchen with a center island and everything you need to create your favorite recipes. Gather at the dining table for special meals. The adjacent living room features floor-to-ceiling access to the beautiful front patio, generous seating, and a large TV.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a beautiful view, a private balcony, a large TV, a fireplace, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. All beds and bathrooms are outfitted with premier linens for ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include two-car garage parking, plus an additional space behind the garage, a washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

We loved our stay at this beach house! The views were amazing, especially from the hot tub! Our only issue was the large umbrella on the beach side patio was broken, so we couldn’t enjoy the patio or dining outside in the heat of the day! We would definitely stay here again!

The home itself is beautiful—clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by the frustration of not being able to use several of the amenities we were most looking forward to.There were no instructions provided for how to operate things like the living room fireplace, the game room on the top floor, or the TV and mini fridge upstairs. Despite multiple calls and emails to Vacasa during our stay, we received no response until the day after we checked out. This lack of support was incredibly disappointing—especially considering we paid over 400 in service fees, expecting timely assistance if needed.Not being able to enjoy key features of the home due to a lack of communication and guidance really affected our ability to relax and enjoy the space. After our stay, we looked at more reviews and realized that unresponsiveness seems to be a common issue with this management company.If customer service and being able to fully enjoy the amenities are important to you, I would not recommend staying at a property managed by Vacasa. However, if you’re confident you won’t need support during your stay, the home itself is lovely.

4.5 out of 5 Stars - Beautiful Home with Thoughtful Touches and a Few Minor HiccupsWe recently stayed at this beautiful Newport Beach home for seven days during the first week of February 2025. Our group included six adults and a six-month-old baby, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The home’s thoughtful design, high-end amenities, and unbeatable location made for a memorable vacation.Pros:Stunning Layout & Design: We absolutely loved the layout of the home and how beautifully it was decorated. The aesthetics throughout were welcoming and upscale.Beach Access & Views: Being able to enjoy the beach from every level of the house was fantastic! The location was perfect for beach days, walks to the pier, and quick drives into town.Well-Equipped with Amenities: We really appreciated the beach chairs, boards, and corn hole game provided—it made beach days even more enjoyable.High-End Appliances & Kitchen: The kitchen was outfitted with top-notch appliances, plenty of cookware, plates, and (a rare find) properly sharpened knives! Absollutely Gorgeous Place! (but beware of Vacasa!)

This property is absolutely beautiful. Spectacular. Recently updated, clean, well appointed, comfortable and on the beach with spectacular views. Can't say enough about the how nice it is although the pictures tell the story. If only it wasn't managed by Vacasa for whom customer service is the moon. The house was locked when we first arrived. Innocent mistake by the cleaners. After an hour on hold with Vacasa with irritating phone messages and muzak I finally hung up and tried the number on a Vacasa sign outside, which connected to a college test prep service. There was a number in the garage we tried and a local rep came over and unlocked the door. Hilariously, they contacted me the next day and I related the story. In typical non-customer service trained fashion, it was somehow our fault. You can see how much the rent is here. Very expensive and I would say worth it if you can ignore the absence of customer service. I would have expected to be greeted at the property and shown around when we arrived which is normal for a luxury property. Nope. Vacasa (mis)manages this property as though it's a youth hostel or a spring break flop house. No way of getting in touch with the owner except through the contractors who seem to have a batphone that can contact him. When that happens he is very attentive (had a TV/internet issue which he promptly fixed). Vacasa is not worthy of managing this property. It deserves a more customer focused management company.

We loved the views, the cleanliness, the high end appliances, and the attentiveness when there were issues. The only suggestion may be to make guests aware of the stickiness of the outside doors; we had trouble getting in the first time. But that is so minor, this place is amazing!!! We had an incredible time.

Beautiful house on a quiet part of the beach

We were a three-generation group of 5 who stayed for 11 nights in February, through some rainy days. What we liked: great location on the beach; beautiful house, very well equipped -- kitchen items, games, beach toys, surf and body boards, bicycles, spa, fire places. What could have been improved: family room TV could not connect to the internet; entrance code to the house was not correct, resulting in a call to the property manager who arrived in 10 minutes to reset the code.

BEWARE VACASA MANAGEMENT RUINED OUR STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME! VINCENT “BENZ” SHOULD BE FIRED!

I feel terrible writing this negative review for the owners sake as it’s a beautiful home. However, the manager of this property through Vacasa named Vincent made our stay here a living nightmare! Large glass doors that are a focal point renting this house that opens up from the living area onto the patio to the beach. Didn’t work! No lock! Empty promises for days they would come fix it to no avail! Got locked out of house wrong code on key pad front door! Gas fireplace in master bedroom didn’t work. This manager was a joke and the maintenance people that came in and out and didn’t fix a thing as they told Vincent the manager the door was stripped and needed parts and he could care less! We spent a week here calling daily for one thing after another and nothing got rectified and his staff that came even rolled their eyes about Vincent “Benz” they called him useless! The side gate lock didn’t work. Maintenance left the jacuzzi tub hose on and we went up three hours later after they left and it was overflowing! The whole floor upstairs was flooded! Again could care less! He promised to negotiate compensation and never called me back! They deposited a small amount clearly not enough for all the aggravation! He lied and was awful to deal with! I will be reporting Vacasa to BB! Always rent from VRBO and they have been great! But if you see a home that is managed by Vacasa..Run and don’t look back! They ruined a perfect vacation in a beautiful home overlooking lots of problems!

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Our family loved this beautiful home, directly on the beach! The gorgeously-decorated home had top notch appliances, everything you’d need in the kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, etc. We had never been to this area and the entire family enjoyed daily walks or bike rides to different local coffee shops. There’s plenty of places within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous vacation!

We have been coming to Newport Beach for 40+ years and this was the best rental home we have enjoyed. The house was outfitted completely and was very clean. The rental agency provided outstanding service...we would absolutely return!
